Rolex Tiger Dial for Real?
Cool Tiger Dial. Real? I have no clue.
Any idea how old this is? http://cgi.ebay.com/ORIGINAL-TIGER-E...item439e1c71d1 |

What an interesting watch, David. I have never seen a bezel like that.

I've seen only one before, and it looked cool for what it is. I actually considered making an ivory dial by hand. I think I could do it, but Ivory absorbs moisture, or will crack possibly.
I think I could sand an old dial down, and place a flat Ivory disk on top. Next would be to drill the holes to seat the markers. Cut the date window, and hole for the hand post. I think it would look good on a 16610 with black markers. |
