Will you buy the new SS Sub Date?
I've already confirmed to my AD that I want one of the new SS Sub Dates when they arrive later this year. That's set me wondering as to how many others will be wanting to add it to their collections. Will you be buying one?

Yes, the LV, but I def won't be paying any premiums to get it ASAP. I'll wait to get it at least list from an AD or wait until it can be bought from grey dealers at a discount...might be a long wait though!

At this point I am .........
At this point I am undecided. I will have to see it in person in the fall when it comes out. At $7200 usd I am not sure it's worth it to me.

Not for a while. I'm NEVER getting rid of my 16610... not even for the new SubC. If I buy the SubC, it'll be as an addition to my collection - not a replacement.
And it'll be a while before I can justify a 2nd Sub in my collection.

If I like it as much on my wrist as I do in the photos, I will seriously consider one.

No. I already have a 14060M. I think they are quite similar.

No quite happy with the one I got and would expect it to last another 20 odd years or longer.

I wouldn't trade my 16610 for one. I don't like ceramic.

I don't think so as I picked up a new 16610 Sub Date today with the new serial number.
My DSSD will satisfy the ceramic bezel models. If the price of the new SS Sub rises between now and when they are available I think it will enter the territory of the current priced DSSD. Peter |

Nah, its too much like "jewelry" now, from "tool to jewel" in 2 Basel Shows" !
EDIT: Actually it went from tool when they took away them "lug holes" - sigh ...
