I am a lefty and usually wear my ND Sub on my right wrist (steve mcqueen style). Sometimes I wear it on my left wrist, but not usually.

To all the watchmakers/technicians I have a question...... Can a ND Sub (14060M) become a left handed watch by turning the dial 180 degrees and switching how the bracelet is attached (ie, bottom lugs to top side of bracelet and top lugs to bottom of the bracelet)?

I wonder this as the case appears 100% symmetrical from the outside. I want to know is there anything on the inside precluding this adjustment?

It takes altering the feet of the dial, but yes.........It can be done. This watch sold on TZ for less than $2500 4-6weeks ago. It is called a "Destro" model in other watch brands........

Destro is Italian for "Right", and I found a thread on WUS regarding "Destro" watches. I am not completely sure why it is called a destro though.

destro means right. folks that are right handed generally wear watches on their left wrist and vice versa. makes sense? OS (ocular sinister) is latin for left eye and OD (ocular destra) is latin for right eye. its funny that the OS is (ocular sinister) is left eye as this was once thought to be the "evil eye" hence the name sinister. I am a doc so i thought i would elaborate!!!!! LOL

Interesting thing, if i recall correctly, is the converted watch pictured sold and then within less than a month it resold again.

I have no idea why it resold but a friend and i were speculating that the switchover may not work for everyone.

I don't think it's worth the trouble. I'm right handed and ware my watches on my right, don't see why you have to modify the watch, make no sense.
