How often does my rolex need a service?

I think 6-7 years would be a decent service interval.

According to my Rolex papers it states 5 years if I remember correctly but then its 40 years old and things may have changed since then although I doubt it.
Im sure one of the other more knowledgeable members will chime up and give us an indication of what Rolex advises on the newer models :) |

Well Rolex recommends every five years but if say a sports watch and used regular underwater then I would include a pressure check annually as well.But for normal wear I would say around 5-7 years is fine and if time keeping is good and no issues perhaps a bit longer.
