I want a Blackout Rolex, but where would I get it serviced?
I've seen and really like the look of Rolexes with DLC coating. I had planned on getting a new Ceramic Sub in DLC coating, BUT: I happened by the Toronto Rolex CDN Head Office yesterday to get my SD regulated, and asked about service for a black Rolex. They said quite specifically that they wouldn't touch it if it came in. They said at least one had come in for service already, and they turned it away. I'm not happy. I really wanted one of these. Any advice?
Thanks! |

All you could do is find a good local watchmaker, but as you've said, the Rolex repair network won't touch customised watches
