1970'2 Rolex is speeding up -

My 1970's Rolex is speeding up - its an Oyster - its been refurbished, the stem does not screw on tight. I only wear it once or twice every 6 months - and I noticed it sticking about 6 months ago. Any idea what may be wrong with it - or any idea what a repair cost would be????

thanks Jix
