Incoming - rolex explorer 1 14270 - wow
Hi!
I took the forum advice today and went for the EXPLORER 1 The dealer included a Rolex box for me! WOW! I am so excited! The Explorer 1 is a stunner. The dealer also made an offer to me. He asked if I wanted to sell a few Rolex odds and ends for him. Appartantly he is a dealer who travels throughout Japan, HK and Asia. He told me he hates the internet and computers but would pay me a commission to sell a few bits and pieces for him. I will add some items to the FOR SALE SECTION very soon. The items are mainly boxes, wallets and stuff like that. I told him I only want to sell genuine stuff - as I don't want trouble. He assures me it is all real. Perhaps - I could make enough to get my 2nd Rolex? A DateJust? Unfortunately he told me he already had a buy for the mint DateJust he had. I am so over the moon for walking on the wild side! |

Wonderful! You are going to love it!
Oh how I wish Rolex still used those lovely older style boxes. I love the real wood interior! |

Heartfelt congratulations! You can really believe what Ian (Shandy) says. When I got my Explorer in Feb, Shand bought my Milgauss because it got no wrist time. I sincerely hope that you get as much pleasure out of your Explorer as I do out of mine! It is the only watch I wear any more, out of a collection of 5. You got a great piece there! It was obviously loved very much even before you got it. Although it is quite subtle, it still has enough bling and a different sparkle in every type of light, to make it interesting. To keep it sparkling, I give it a good bath in soap and warm water every night. Just make sure you dry it thoroughly with a soft towel. You won't believe how it brings out the shine in the metal, dial and crystal. Enjoy it in good health. I am very excited for you! It is also great to have the earlier model with the lug holes and that beautiful wood lined box. Cheers Carl
