SS band stretch really that bad?

So I feel like I have seen a lot of posts from people complaining about the stretch in their SS bracelets. I currently own a newer sub LV, so I cannot really comment on this phenomena, but I always thought that band stretch would be a good thing because it would make the band more comfortable (kind of like a broken-in shoe). So, I am curious, if you have a "stretched" watch band, do you like the stretch, or does it make the watch less comfortable? Also feel free to post pics of your band stretch!!!

I prefer a tight bracelet worn loose.

Here is the bracelet when I received it.

Here is the replacement.

I had the original cleaned and put it up with the box and paperwork.

I don't think I've met anyone that likes the stretch. It's one of the reasons why I only have oyster bracelets.

I have a couple of DateJusts on Jubilees that I have had from new.....1986 and 1988....both are "elongated due to wear"......one is markedly worse than the other because I wore it cycle racing for a good few (full) seasons.......it's funny, they look stretched when you hold them and do the "how far does it sag" test.....but when they are on the wrist the stretch looks nowhere near as bad.....it doesn't bother me in the slightest...they are my watches and I put the wear into them.....they still look and feel great and my boys can't wait 'til they are theirs......I would hope they wouldn't change the bracelets.......and by the way, Oyster bands are far from exempt when it comes to "elongation due to wear"

The Jubilee, from my experience, stretches easier than the Oyster does, for some reason. I like a tiny bit of stretch in mine, but not like the photo above !

Would somebody mind showing us a oyster bracelet with some stretch?

Would be intresting to see how many years of constant wear it takes to stretch an oyster?

I guess the SEL bracelet is stronger when it comes to stretch..?
