He is pushing the boundaries but there is no mention of the Rolex brand and no TM's are shown. The listing is good......

I cannot find any reference to the word "oyster" being a Rolex trademark

The watch has nothing in regards to Rolex.

The aftermarket bands on Ebay states Oyster band, however no Rolex logo is not on the band.

Hold It... It's a hommage. It's a company called Parnis. They use "Sterile" dials. They have a video and all... for me, it's no fake or scam. Just a Hommage. Just my

Oyster is a style and lots of other brands have the oyster style bracelet. I think there is no problem with the listing other than it is Sub lookalike..

There could easily be the exact same lookalike with Invicta on the dial and it is a reputed brand..

The watch is ligit. In fact, it would make a great "beater" to wear at work. It would sure beat running over my Rolex with a D9 cat.

I'd rather see that being sold at $53 than one with bogus "Rolex" painted on the dial, and selling for $3,800.
