I stopped into my AD yesterday to ask when the Tudor Heritage Chrono wouold become available. They said that based on timelines between previous Basel introductions and eventual shipment to stores, it would probably around September sometime.

On the other hand, they have a black dial SS Daytona sitting in the display case at MSRP.

I do not know what the Tudor Heritage Chrono retails for , but I would have the SS Daytona before the Tudor

I think the Tudor will be worth waiting for...but if you like the Daytona and they have one in stock,get it!! You still have til Sept or so to save up for the Heritage Chrono!

AFAIK it'll be CHF 4000 incl. VAT. Not a bad price for a handsome retro chrono. I especially love how they bundle a NATO strap along with the bracelet.

First on the list with my AD, quoted £2690, as of a couple of weeks ago (they phoned & checked after 20 mins of begging) anticipated roll out is early next year

Wouldn't take payment or a deposit as they may not be able to honour the price if there's an increase in the interim

I absolutely love the Heritage Chrono and would love to get one. Having said that, I won't be buying one. My 79280p is 40mm and is almost the perfect size, albeit a bit thick for my tastes. While a 42mm watch won't make my average size wrist look like a 13 year old girl's wrist it does look too big and out of proportion for me. Frankly, I am really pissed that they upped the size.

If in the future they make a Heritage snowflake I pray they have enough sense to make it 40mm...
