233
But then I am not a chrono fan. If I was then suspect the decision would be hard... Cheers

233 or Daytona
Sorry, but I would pick the Daytona without a doubt! I would buy the Daytona and save up for a 312 to compliment the Daytona.
Of course there is no wrong answer and you have to go with your heart! |

Probably the Daytona. I prefer the 312 and it's such a better value...

It is a tough choice and as big a Rolex fan as I am the 233 would win here for me.

To tough to call. Ask me on a different day and I'd give a different answer.
Today is Daytona with the snow white dial.

Definitely too tough to call. If it were the 275, that's easy. But 233... I dunno. Maybe a 270 over the SS Daytona?

Well to be fair, you are not comparing apples to apples. I had owned a Daytona for about two years. Great watch, no date???? But over all was happy with it. I now own a PAM-251, and would never go back to a Daytona. Not only do I think it is more aesthetically pleasing, but has more presence on the wrist, and much more rare(IMHO). Many more compliments on the PAM than the Daytona....Just Sayin'!!!!!

Interesting.. own 2 ss daytonas and 233. If i had to pick one 233. Daytona just seems small and worn less.

The 233 is one of my favorite PAM's, but the Daytona is a Daytona and is one of the most desirable watches in the world.

I'll agree good looking watch, but not very practical. You cannot see the hands on the subdials, similar problem with minute and hour hands on that example, and for a watch that costs as much as Daytona's do....where's the date???? I just could never get past that short coming. I would take a my DSSD over a Daytona any day! I am sure I will own another one some day, but for now have to love the PAM's!!!
