GMTII "M" Serial

Guys, just got got back from my jeweler. They mentioned they just sold a mint GMTII Pepsi (M serial) today for $6,800. I thought that was crazy!!!

Is this the premium for the M's these days?

Unknown, but that is the last serial (I think) for the 16710 and would have a good chance of being equipped with the 3186 (which most here don't get overly excited about vs. 3185).

It's nice to get some feedback on what GMT II Pepsi's are selling for. That's $2,000.00 more money then I paid for mine!!!

Unbelievable ! It will probably be a collectors item 15-20 (at least) years from now.

hey, that's $1200 less than

what was sold on the Bay last Oct.

If one wants to play, one must pay the price ... there isn't one BNIB that is being offered on the net right now. NONE !

There was one beaten up M with no box or paper offered here on TRF couple of weeks ago at $4450 and it was sold within hours. Apparently the "demand" for these is still very high. SAD SAD as I want to get a coke so bad.
