Milgauss GV pricing

Ok - new to forum and don't want to waste your time, but quick question. I am back in the market for a Rolex after having my GMT stolen ten years ago and I want a GV. What can I expect to pay? I've seen posts that show that prices have fallen pretty rapidly in the past couple years for this model - is this expected to continue for GV's? Thanks for any and all replies - not sure I can find the funds to buy one but sure want to try!

A while back there were some production issues with the green crystal causing the gv to be at a huge premium if you could even find them. Now that it has been corrected they are back to earthly prices. You should be able to pick one up in the 6-7k range. There are some great guys on here that I am sure could get you one. I got mine from Oscar (bodybump) and had a great transaction and have loved my gv ever since.

Prices haven't fallen for the GV.. What has happened is that the outrageous premiums that some resellers were charging are no longer there...

The MSRP is up to ~6800 and my Dealer has a 7200 dollar price tag on them and they aren't budging on that one as they only have a few in the system..

Resellers, such as some right here on TRF, have them available for under 6k though.............

Really? When did they raise the price?

The GV MSRP was 6575 last year and you could get 10% off without too much trouble.

Used Milgauss prices are tanking. I think you could easily find one from a TRUSTED TRF seller that is LNIB for substantially less than 6k.

agree ... milgauss gv list is currently $6,575 and you should be able to get 10% disc (and maybe more) from ad's without much difficulty. i've recently seen the gv model at several local ad's so there's definitely no shortage like when first released. good luck.

I think now that the nine-day wonder of the green crystal has passed into obscurity

people will practically be paying you to take the things off their hands. My humble opinion is that the black dial is the one to have, and will in the long run be worth more.
