FS: Panerai Pam 116 F Titanium/Tobacco Dial -RARE-
Up for sale is my RARE Panerai Pam 116 F in excellent condition. Only produced for 2 years, mine is from the final run of 300 titanium case/tobacco dial pieces. The first year of this model, the E series, yielded only 1200 specimens. If you do the math, it adds up to only 1500 total Panerai 116’s produced in the entire history of the company. It only makes sense that this discontinued base model Panerai is getting harder and harder to find.
This Panerai 116 F will come with its outer black cardboard box, inner pearwood box, Libretto, dated and AD stamped International Guarantee Certificate card, movement sticker, screwdriver plastic case protector, OEM Butterscotch/Monte Carlo strap, and OEM Titanium thumbnail buckle. It is missing the Storici and the OEM Rubber. I have a Greg Stevens Design Olivo (olive green in color) with a GSD titanium buckle that I can throw in for a little extra $ if you wish (shown in the wrist-shot pic below). These two straps are, in my opinion, the two straps that work most perfectly with this titanium/tobacco combo. The condition is excellent showing only minor scuffs and scratches due to very careful wear over the years since 2003. Front and back crystals are clear and lugs are clean. It is keeping excellent time and has no issues (regulated within +/- 3 secs—better than any of my other COSC Panerai’s). The OEM Butterscotch/Monte Carlo is not new but is in great shape. The following high-res photos were just taken and show the watch in its true, current condition. Asking $4500 shipped Overnight via USPS Express Mail within the CONUS. International buyers, please inquire about additional shipping charges. Bankwire preferred but PayPal payment + 3% from a verified member shipped to a confirmed address. A painted tobacco base dial (really a “sausage dial” to be exact), an exhibition back displaying the beautiful, no longer produced “Panerai Stamped” movement housed in a titanium case….what more could you ask for!? I have many references here on TRF, WUS, TZ and P.com, am a "Good Guy on Watchnet, and a perfect score on the auction site. More photos upon request. Thanks for looking. Best regards, ;-Dan Edwards magnetmandan 503.949.9919 magnetmandan AT comcast.net
