A good hearted "WIS"

My gmt-c got some special attention today that deserved a mention simply because of the mans good intentions. While at work, a customer noticed my watch (which doesn't happen often) and was instantly sent into an excited frenzy. "Wooaa", he said, "that's an awsome watch, I love the way they are built. I have 3 Invictas that I rotate." In an effort to be kind, I just smiled and agreed that they are great watches. (All the while making an effort of not allowing him to get a visual of my dial, as I didn't want to kill his kind sprit.)

I bought my Dad an Invicta, he loves it. One step at a time, still trying to wean him from his crappy windows computer, that he can't stand and get him an Apple. Baby steps.....

I think he was commenting on your Rolex, and mentioning he had some Invictas, though not a Rolex owner he was just appreciating your Rolex.
He'll soon own one of his own.
