Iphone 4 problem already?? Arrrgghhhh??

Ok i dont know how to start..but ill try..

Went to Apple today 4:30am ans as soon as i got there..there like 500 people infront me already..people are so excited and all...Got inside at 9:00am because the store open at 7:00am..but anyway i got my Iphone 4 and this phone is really AWESOME!!! CAMERA AND VIDEO are very crisp!!! So i decided to call some friends of mine and noticed i can barely hear them on the other end...I have to call them on a separate phone because i cant hear them that loud.. So i decided to go home and told my self maybe i need to update or sync the phone..and after i have sync everything i tried calling and still can barely hear them on the other end..so i was PISSED!!! and decided to call Apple!!!

I yelled at the guy telling him why is this brand new phone like this and how i have high expectations on the new phone...so we did some tweeks and adjustments and reboots..i even told the guy that i was talking to my friends on speaker to be able to hear them...on my mind i was thinking of going back at the Apple store and just go balistic with a mega phone that the phone i got has a DEFECT!!!...so after 30 mins and cant figure it out the Apple agent ask me the MILLION DOLLAR IDIOT QUESTION!!!! Sir " did you removed all the stickers including infront?" when i checked my phone i freaking FROZE LIKE A FREAKING ICE IN ALASKA!!!! and freaking hang up the phone on the guy because of embarassment...EEEEKKKK I FORGOT TO TAKE OUT THE PLASTICS!!!!I cant beleive it!!! I was just so excited with the phone and forgot to take out the plastic!!!! Now eveything is fine and my wife is looking at me like im a total MORON AND GIVING ME THAT LOOK OF A TIGER!!! because i even ask her that we are going back to apple to return this phone....
