Hey, I have those two straps.. the Antiqua charcoal and the Folkler Aged Brown, which I currently have on.

Great straps! They are a little stiff to start with, but bend the hell out of them, wrap them in a circle with an elastic overnight and they'll take a nice shape.

i really like it, i like the fact that if you change the strap you can go from casual to dressy or to trendy.

That's a tough call that only you can decide. If it were me, having the same two SC straps you have, I'd personally go with the Dark Stone, because I have brown, black, tan... the dark stone is different. Although first thing I'd do is break off that flat buckle and install a screw-in Pre-V buckle.

BTW, Seth is a gem to deal with. Customs returned my package for some silly reason and Seth ate the cost to have it rushed two days from Hong Kong. he's a great guy offering an outstanding product at great prices.

That's the beauty of Panerai.... with a small investment in straps, you can make the watch not only look totally different, but also feel different.

Yesterday I had my charcoal Antiqua on (okay, for the past week) and I swapped to the brown Folkler today and it's a different watch. The brown and tan straps really make the black dial POP.

Hey, stop copying my strap collection.

Now you'll need a black with ivory stitch Mario Paci MP6 and a navy blue with light blue stitch Strap Works and we'll be even.

I wish I knew. I just sold one to Sam for his new 111, and when I look at what I have, I can't think of anything I'd really want. Could I be satiated with straps now?

Maybe I'll get a pink gator. Yeah that's it... Mike you gotta get one too.

I like both of those! Just ordered a distressed mocha vintager from Strap Culture the other day. Can't wait! After 3 days the OEM tan calf is getting old!

Does anybody know of some good 18mm straps that'll be shipped to the UK?

Thanks,

LOL! But true! Along with your carbon fiber strap, I've got a Waterproof Black Leather TC Marina on the way....and am eyeballing one of Micah's straps.

Like I told the wife....be happy, straps are cheaper than watches.

Yeah you got me.... with a LARGE investment in straps is what I meant to say. I should just go buy a whole cow. It'll be cheaper.

OK I'll fess up, waiting on a micah, hand stitched. He is moving to machine stitching but I really like the subtle changes that you only get with hand stitching.

All you folk with new straps, I got a good tip from Atomic to roll up the strap really tight, wrap a rubber band around it and leave it for a day before you put it on. Works really well (for me) with the thicker straps from SC and TC. Didn't need to do that to the Crazy Horse or the OEM supplied.

Anyone tried making their own yet? I see Otis is about to turn a pair of Amanda's shoes into a strap!!

Hey, there are two pairs of shoes waiting for my needle! Muhahaha

I'll give it a go, something a little different
I also think it would be great if someone made some kangaroo leather etc etc, I think they would be rather popular in the northern hemisphere.

I've been planning to make my own for a while now, but have some obstacles in my way that need to be overcome before I can start production.
