Recommended AD in Bergen County, NJ?
This will be my first Rolex purchase, and I've finally decided on the model, but the decision now turns to which AD to purchase from. There are quite a few in the area, and it's a bit of a daunting task to select one over the others. Does anyone in the New Jersey / NYC area have a recommendation for an AD? Are there certain aspects that might make one AD more desirable to work with than another? Anything in particular I should ask or specifically look for when selecting one? Thank you in advance.

I bought my GMTIIC from Roman Jewelers in Flemington, NJ few years back. Had it shipped to NYC to avoid sales tax.

Lee Perla inside riverside square has some nice selection, and they'll work with you on the price too.

I think I've settled on the 50th Anniversary Sub (16610-LV).

I second Lee Perla - bought a few pieces from them. They are very pleasant to deal with, unlike some of the big chain dealers.... you know who they are.

Whatever you do, try and get your watch shipped out of state, that's what I did. Shipped my watch to my father's house in NY. Saved me a bundle! :) Good luck! (BTW the AD I went to in Englewood, NJ has since shut his doors) If you can find him, look up a guy named Wolfgang on TimeZone, he helped me quite a bit when it came to buy my watch.
