Well Guys, I finally went and did it... yep, bought myself a Platinum Day Date II. Yes Sir Ree Bob! Below are the pictures, let me know what you think..

Ok, so I'm a complete liar... See, my boss went WAY out on a limb for me to have the company allow some leverage options with stock. Long story but bottom line is with him putting his reputation on the line, I was able to get a nice chunk of change (cash). When it was aproved by top management, my boss said to me: "For Gosh sakes don't use the money to buy, and show up at work with a Rolex!"

So....

Today I went to my AD, and had them write up a fake receipt saying I had just purchased a $52,000 Platty DD II. I sent it to his house special delivery, along with a thank you note, a Picture of one on my wrist, and saying I could't wait to show it to him and everyone else at the big meeting Monday morning. If ONLY I could be there to see the reaction on his face when he opens it up.

I am SOOOOOOOOOOO Bad....

reminds me of when my boss pranked me by telling me I had to appear in Vermont before a judge for unlicensed practice. He gave me a fake letter on Friday,told me we would talk on Monday and left work. I was worried beyond belief. But all was well when his best friend told me of the prank. Years later I got him back by spilling disappearing ink on his new White suit. The look on his face as it turned RED trying to control himself. But all was well when I showed him how to get it off with no stain. He took the bottle and did it to his boss.

OK, update:

On Monday, I had to fly to New York for a serious matter that required my attention immediately, so I didn't see him at work. BUT... I got a voicemail from him that went something like this:

"Hey Paul, boy I hope I got a hold of you in time, see, the board had an emergency meeting Sunday night and decided NOT to grant you the dividend. Really sorry man but afraid you won't be getting any of that money." Then he added a few choice swear words like: "You son of a ...." Etc. He really liked the joke
