WOW!! According to my AD, whom I met on Saturday, that dial's gotta be 18K Green Gold.............but he's still awaiting official confirmation from Rolex, Geneva.

The more I see it the more I think I'll grab an LV rather than an LN when my AD eventually gets 'em in.....

Great shots of a great watch......

If you look at them side by side, the LV is simply a much more striking watch. In my humble opinion.

I don't think I'll get a chance to hold both before I make up my mind.

Long story short I'm first in line for an LV at my AD & fourth or fifth in the queue for an LN.

I'm hoping the LV just grabs me by the b*lls & doesn't leave any doubt otherwise it'll be sodding months until 'my' LN comes in....

it is def. growing on me. thanks for the lovely pix under the sun.

it sort of confirms my thought about the 2 different shades of green between the green gold dial and the ceramic bezel, especially under different lighting environment.

It took me a little while to enjoy the previous LV, but the new has me all the way! The ceramic green is deep, and rich, without looking mint green. The ceramic addition it going to set the Rolex on a new level!

Thanks for the photos. That new green color is certainly not to my taste but glad that you like it.

It is one hell of a green.....talk about going for it. Saw one in person yesterday...only in the window as we hurried past. May require a try on...and a walk in the sunlight. Still not convinced it's for me though...but heck: I've said that before.

Why are people talking about a ceramic LV, isn't the only ceramic an LN? The LV is the old Sub with black face and aluminum green bezel right, or am I confused?

I believe the ceramic LV has a reference number of 116610LV, so I guess that makes it also an LV. For clarification purposes, I've seen members refer to it as an LV-C to differentiate with the old LV.

Hope this helps.
