Are two tone watches still " in "
I was almost going to get a used two tone sub with blue dial, but changed my mind. Anyone still a fan?

I was madly in love with my Rootbeer, but found it hard to wear.
I still find her purty, though.

TT is always a nice alternative for all gold watches. Some watches actually look better in TT than their gold counterparts even. Subs I think are one example.

TT is very nice on some models, in my opinion. I think it's still "in"!

I loved TT in the 90s. However, to me it's a look that hasn't aged well and SS and other silver colored jewelry is significantly more "in" today. Of course, that trend will shift again and TT will be back "in" at some point. That said, classic is always classic and nearly any TT Rolex is classic, so I wouldn't worry too much about "in" and just go with what you like.

Bob I am a big fan of the TT blue Sub! In fact, I have my AD holding a new one for me right now, along with a SS DJ and a TT GMTIIc. I just can't decide.

Two Tone works best on the Datejust models IMO. All GOLD or SS are the way to go on the sports models!

In all fairness, TT watches do have their own subtle and graceful "bling" without appearing too ostentatious!!
The TT Blue SUB 16613 still has one of the most gorgeous BLUE dials out there!! JJ

Amongst my watches, my 2004 "Bluesy" is one of the watches that I will never sell.
I havn't worn it for some time though, as the DSSD takes all the wrist time. |

I was initially drawn to it, but decided against it. I think it just depends on who's buying it.

Some say they are dated. Yes, TT DJ's were hot in the 80's, but TT will always be timeless IMO. So, I say yes, always......

To be honest I have never been a fan of two tone. I think a watch should eother be all steel or all gold but not a mix. But I don't think two tone will ever entirely go out of style with Rolex lovers - it is a very classic Rolex look. In Asia, the two tone DJ is still king.

I love my TT DJ. Can't wait to get my self a TT Daytona.
I don't think its out of style. It really depends on the wearer and how its worn. Cheers
