Wrist shot of the 50 year GMT 2

Here's the long awaited shot of the GMT on my wrist.

and this is the amount of protective plastic that's on the watch. I'm sure there's more as I keep finding bits.

Great shot, Adrian. Did you have to take off any links to get that fit?

Also could we have one reverse shot of the clasp on your wrist?

Thanks - JJ

Beautiful wrist shot of a fabulous GMT, Adrian. Congrats, my friend.

I don't think I have ever seen an accompanying photo of a pile of the protective plastic pieces before, however!

I don't wear my watches over tight, I can just slip the tip of a finger under the clasp. When it gets lighter here I'll try to take a picture.

Here it is:

Solid looking clasp there, even if there's no leather

That's a really nice GMT II, Adrian. The clasp looks machined instead of stamped like on the TT Sub bracelet.

Enjoy.

Very Nice watch. Fits good on your wrist. Be sure to take the watch thru some hard use.

Lets see a photo of it with a Nato band!

So what parts of the watch are Gold? Hour marker outlines, hour/sec/min hands, bezel, corwn, and center links?

Is the clasp thin like the GMT and EXp or is it really thick likethe subs?

Gold bits are crown, links, bezel hands, markers etc. The clasp is all machined and illustrated below due to a request from JJ. One other thing is the accuracy of the watch, it has not yet lost or gained a second.

First picture is the loose assembly

Second with the clsp in the extended position

Third with the clasp in the half link shorter position

Lastly one of the "Rolex" inscription inside the dial
