Looks like a case of false advertising to me. That ought to teach them but I am sure their are others that will always try the same thing.

it wasnt a fake rolex, just a rolex with an aftermarket dial/bezel.. The show started with the impression that it was a "folex"

The salesman and the owner tried to bamboozle this kid and his blank-stare mother.

If it's not 100%, it can't be sold as a Rolex, at least not ethically, and the old switcheroo with the papers was just the stake through the heart.
