Recieved a LARGE package in the mail, LOL! (Modem Burner)

I got this stuff from a nice guy in Austria. He sent them from Vienna yesterday and the package arrived this morning to where I live, in the north of Sweden. Quite impressive what DHL can do! Hope you enjoy the opening as much as I did!

5,2 kilograms. That's a lot of weight!

Some nice hard covered books to begin with!

Mmmmmm....... Montblanc!

Two ink bottles and a... Hmm....

REALLY NICE BRAND NEW STAINLESS STEEL MEMO PAD!

Over to the books: A Patek Philippe, an IWC, a Jaeger LeCoultre and two Montblanc!

Lots of stuff in the Patek book:

Cheers!

There's nothing like a couple of glossy reference books to fuel the addiction. Doesn't matter what the object is, they get the juices flowing. The only one that I ever "resisted" was Indian Motorcycles, bought the books, but not one of the bikes. But I was damnable close.

Hahaha, that is true my friend. Sadly (or thankfully ) the books are in German, so I can't read a lot.. But as always, I picture can tell more than a thousand words!

Cool package! That Mont Blanc pen pictured in the book is insane looking. And DHL is very impressive with their delivery times and pricing, for me to ship a 52 lb box to Mid Glamorgan via ups is $500+ and takes a week or 2, dhl $214 and its there within 2 days

It would be interesting to follow the package by the minute from start to arrival. It must be moving all the time!

Hey, wow it looks wonderful. I was trying to find the memo-pad after seeing your picture. Is there a model number or something you can help me with. It would go well with my wife's Marlene Dietrich.

I am glad you like it! The model number is 7794, "Lifestyle Accessories Memo Pad". PM me if you're interested in mine. I could let it go!
