HI! I have inherited a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 16030. I have little idea about Rolex watches and hence would appreciate if someone could help me out with some information:

1) How old is this watch?
2) Is it a watch that requires to be wound every now and then?
3) How much deos it roughly cost today?
4) Managed to adjust the time but how do I adjust the date on this watch??
