Makes the DSSD look like a midsize!

I'd still choose the dweller, though.

This watch costs about $4000 and from someone very knowledgable, I have heard that you would be lucky to get 20% back upon resale.... looks good and tough...but $4k is asking too much.... I would take it for $1000-$1500, I think it is good...

yeah, was also considering the CX before ultimately pulling the trigger on the DSSD. The CX, while a heck of pro tool watch, and nearly indestructible and good to an even more insane 20K feet, was just flat out too bulky, thick, huge, and everything for me. However, this said, it was still very tempting at 'only' $4K. I could have pocketed the $5K in savings here or so I was thinking.

At the end though, it was always about the legendary prestige, lineage and pedigree, in addition to the Rolex's uber engineering and mystique, which won me over.

Well, my DSSD has been my daily wearer for over 4 months now and I've never been more happy with my choice. Lastly, imho, the CX, while indeed rugged, didn't win me over on the looks department. Again, it's a great piece also and a matter of personal taste and preference.

But for me, yes, GO DSSD all the way!

BEST REGARDS

Some think the DSSD looks silly... What about this then?

I wouldn't be caught with something like that...

I don't know...

Perhaps a the trend in watches getting so big that they look ridiculous won't be realized until someone straps big Ben to his wrist...

I wonder how it would look like compared with some U-Boat models?
