Icon20 14060 Submariner variants

Hi All, can anyone advise on the chronology of this model submariner. There seem to be a few with M, E, suffixes. Thanks PeterSub

The 14060 started life back in the early 1990s with cal 3000 Tritium dial lume, around 1998/9 switched to Luminover dial lume. Then 2001 came the 14060M the M for modified movement into the cal 3130 which is basically a 3135 without a date complication. Most all of these watches were not COSC tested but now all COSC tested today but no change whatsoever to the movement in both versions tested and un-tested..

So, how about which year Rolex started to add that COSC (another 2 lines) in the dial?

I believe it was announced at Basel Fair 2008, so they probably started to show up around 3rd quarter 2008.
