Need a new wallet
Time for a new wallet- I have used a coach bi-fold for the past 10 years- have loved it, but it's starting to show it's age. Can't seem to find just what I'm looking for searching amazon, google, etc.. Any suggestions to send me on a search? I don't like tri-folds, as they're too thick for my ass (it's thick enough). Something slim but can hold my cards, $$ etc. Thanks for any help!
Bob

To each his own, but I got my latest from the NRA, that matches my NRA checkbook cover.
They're not expensive, unless you factor in membership and my checkbook cover has lasted for over 14 years. True, it hasn't gotten much use over the last several years as paying over the internet has become so easy and debit cards have become ubiquitous, but the cover and the wallet are both very well made and look nice.

I saw both the coach and the tumi. Also saw an ugg wallet which looked pretty good. Any good sites I should check out?

My wife got me a Hartmann 2 years ago in a light tan and its still looks new.....I looked online and its about 70 dollars.
Before that I had a Bosca that was made in USA and it lasted 12 years I think .....I would still be using it if not for her buying me the Hartmann It suppose to be made in USA but I read they are made in China now ....like everything else. I would get a Ghurka if I was to buy one myself but it will be many years before I buy another. |

If you want it thin, go here. I bought the leather version and use it for many years! A great wallet for little money:

I love mine.
Just like you, I don't care for thick wallets and this is perfect. After a fairly long search, I found this Prada wallet that I liked. True, it was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. It's about 6 years old and still working like a champ. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I used a green leather Louis Vuitton wallet for about 10 or 12 years. It held up great. Unfortunately after about 10 years, the inner liner separating the two cash compartments, which was their crappy coated cloth, broke down leaving debris on all my contents. I didn't mind green smudges on the bills, but it stained my receipts and business cards, etc. No good, but 10 years+ is great for a wallet.
I picked up a kangaroo leather one a few years ago. Only about 1/10 the price of the LV (~$60 vs ~$500) and holding up quite well. Mine is made by "Bush".

I've been using a Timberland leather wallet for the past 2-3 years now. Before that I had a magnet Tumi wallet. The Tumi one was great, but I needed something a bit bigger. The Timberland wallet so far has been really great. Not real expensive, and gets the job done.

one of my associates made a wallet called the quintessential wallet. I like it pretty good. I dont know where to buy them publicly but i order 30-40 a month to give to clients, he gets them embossed for me with company name. they are awesome if you want a thin wallet to store the cards you use most frequently its ideal a few pictures below.... The only bad thing is if your business cards are digital full color print they must be stored face back otherwise the print will stick to the plastic, you can see this in the pictures.
you can store 2 CC cards or about 8-10 biz cards. so it suits my needs very well. I pay like 14 bucks for them i think |

Figure want to keep it around $100 give or take (don't want something that costs more than what's in it!)

I'm currently using a J-Fold money clip card carrier.
Very slim and absolutely perfect for all my cards and cash. Also have one of these although its faded a bit. https://futureshelter.com/drupal/node/199 |

I'd probably go with another Coach leather bi-fold. I have one right now, its lasted 5 years so far, still looks great, and I'll probably replace it with another one when the time comes. I really feel like I got my money's worth with it, which is hard to do these days! I have seen several LV wallets that look really nice, just haven't had a chance to hold one/inspect it to see if the quality is up to par with my Coach.
