The SD has no cyclops...whereas the Sub-date has one.
The SD is waterproof to 4000 ft as against the Sub's 1000 ft rating - NOT that either of them matter. The SD has the Helium valve fitted on the left side...the Sub has no such valve. The SD is much thicker at almost 15 mm vs the Sub's 13 mm thickness.
