My vintage 1981 Datejust
Morning all
It's a beautiful, sunny day here in London and nothing looks better in warm, bright sunlight than a classic vintage. I got this old bugger back in the spring and it's a piece I've been on the hunt for for close to 10 years - 1981 is my year of birth My BlackBerry pictures don't do it justice but as you can see it's in absolute mint condition. Dial, hands, case etc are all original. The chap I bought it off mentioned this perfect 16013 lived most of its life in a safe and has been serviced a few times, last time just before I bought it where the acrylic crystal was replaced. I hope you enjoy the pics and have a great weekend |
