An Oyster with oysters..!

Are they any other chef's out there who wear their Rolex in the kitchen - subjecting it to the heat, grease, constant banging about and such..?

Topped with a simple home made black bean sauce, chili hot sauce and finely diced green onion. My wife and I normally start with about three dozen...just fantastic - you can top them with any ingredient you wish - a great way to spend an afternoon on the deck with a couple adult beverages...
