I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think Rolex can object to this based on the fact that it is not in the same industry and the company makes no attempt at assimilating their product with Rolex as a brand.


For example, you can open up a deli in NYC named Chevrolet Cafe. As long as you make no reference to the car company or try to use to your benefit the brand name that Chevrolet has spent millions on trying to establish then it is OK. Now, if you start naming your sandwiches "The Corvette" or "Malibu Moon", then you're in trouble.
