My Rolex needed some work a year ago and I took it to a highly recommended repair shop in Cleveland. He told me i needed a new crown even though i didn't notice a problem. A little over a year later I went to chang the time and the crown and spring came out and i cant adjust the time. Do i? need a new crown and how much should I look to spend to repair it?
Should I use RCS?
Please help me.

I'd go back to that shop in Cleveland; it sounds like they knew what they were talking about.

Actually they put a new one in a year ago

Do they, perchance, warranty their work?

they said the crown can go at anytime. I had my watch for 7 years and no problem they replace it and it goes bad after a year or so.

The crown probably came out because the stem retaining screw came loose. Its the really small one to the left of the crown, and only takes 1/4 turn or so to release the stem and crown. Most likely wasn't secured during reassembly. You aren't the first to have this happen, check out this thread from 3 weeks or so ago.
