Itching for another Daytona

Am I crazy , I am trying to talk myself out of it but I love mine so much I am actually thinking about adding another to my collection. It will be my second rolex. Does this make sense and how many of you have done the same ? I think because there are so many variations of the watch it makes it so different. I love not having to worry about adjusting the date and love how it sits flat on my wrist without being heavy and bulky. Another reason is that I have two kids a boy and a girl and would like to give them one each of a watch I loved all my life.

Go for it!

Of course, I doubt you'll find many on here who will tell you, "Forget it. One's enough!"

Go with the two toned white faced daytona, It looks stunning and it's an unusual version of the watch! It's also my avatar picture! :)

Really can't have too many if you can afford it and you want it.

it's a damn addiction - I burned through three daytonas in the last month - a SS - then WG then a 6239 - I fear my next purchase.... I may need help. This vintage thing is a true addiction.

My suggestion is keep buying them - it is fun - much more rewarding than other bad habits!

i think if you have a comex sub you don't need to worry about buying a few daytonas!

Wow thats a real cool daytona. Nice collection if you still have them. Your right though theres worst habits out there. For example I would lose money on depreciation from cars and trying to make them faster. Since I got into this hobby I think its money well spent.

The 5514 just got retired as my daily wear watch and am searching for another vintage watch that is invisible but with some personalty. It seems that some variation of an old cosmograph fits the bill..

I couldn't resist having two Daytonas. I didn't plan it that way. It just happened.

Sorry, I can only give you my opinion.
