Update On The Alpha Chrono.
Well just a update on the Alpha, now this watch has been running constantly and worn quite a lot since July 06.Cosmetically still looks as good as new,and after a bit of regulation all those months ago has maintained timekeeping well to COSC spec. The Chinese ST19 movement a copy of the now long out of production Venus movement.Has run without any problems, just wound once daily.Perhaps the only fault I can see in future, perhaps the stem tube have not got enough threads clear of case. But all the high polished services are still as good as new.And bracelet finish and clasp still closes perfect and has not once come undone, and all chronograph function works and reset perfect. Now for the money this watch has performed as good as many costing many many times the first buying price of around $80 with postage. And has exceeded my expectations for a watch in this price range in every way.So price don't always count in getting a good deal with a few things today.

I've had mine for about 4 months. It gets worn once a week or so, and so far has performed perfectly.
