What's the difference between...

A Rolex Datejust and a Rolex Oyster Perpetual that shows the date? I'm trying to learn some of the details. The watches look very similar and seem to have the same functions, but they are each very clearly marked as the specific watches they are.

The date-just is 2mm wider that is the only difference. Unless you are talking older versions vs newer versions.
