To Service or not to Service

I have a Blue Two Tone Sub F serial number that is about 6 years old. It runs perfectly and has the normal surface scratches but nothing serious. I want to sell it but I don't know if I should have it serviced first. Any thoughts?

If I was buying your watch, I would value it higher if it was serviced (by exactly what service costs, $550). However, I might not trust that you did it if a little time had passed since the service time. Another minor thing to consider is that your watch might go 10 years without service.

Rather than spend your money and time, you may be better off to let the new owner decide when and how to service the watch.

If it is runnung just fine I'd leave it. As said you probably won't get your money back from a sale.
