How to remove a listing on ebay

I need to have an item removed on ebay because I am pretty sure I almost purchased a fake. I checked on the website (chopard) and one of the hands is a different color than what it should be. The buyer said it was his brothers and has no papers or box due to a fire. He wont allow me to return it if my jeweler tells me it is not real, but is guaranteeing it is authentic!

What should I do?

I want to buy this watch, I am torn and don't know what to do. Advice would be nice

Ash

Why would you buy this watch if you have concerns about it being genuine? Personally, I'd take the high road and find one from a reputable seller. Many times, especially at the 'bay, the bargain you expected isn't the bargain you'll receive.

Be safe out there.

I agree! It is such a awesome deal. I have the black one and love the watch. He asked me why I thought it was a fake, so I told him because the power reserve is not the same as the chopard web site. He said it is because they changed it over the years!! I guess I am going to pay a few more thousand and buy from a dealer!! I have been wanting a panerai, so I may get one of those!!!

Thanks for the advice guys, needed a few extra pair of eyes

The finish does not look nearly good enough for it to be genuine.
