Hey guys, got my first Rolex a couple of weeks ago as a Christmas bonus from my boss. It's an N series. I did the research on this particular model and surprised the jeweler that sold it to my boss with the questions I asked. He thought I would be concerned with the age of the watch and asked if I wanted a new dial with the luminova. I told him NO way. I would like everything as original as possible. Came with open papers. I was hoping to get a better understanding of what the means from a value and collectors perspective. What do you guys think?
