I am spending my Xmas and New Year in HCM/Saigon.... it had been 5 years since my last trip

The place is crowded, polluted, chaos, very wealthy (never seen so many S classes and roll royce ... 1 mil USD each due 300% import duty)

anyway it's a environmental fcked up town.... the gov. put VN into African nation class... huge diff between rich and poor, highly corrupted and environment fcked up

I stayed at the Majestic Hotel at the bend in the river in 1964.

I'm visiting for three months and I'm getting used to things. I really like that building and am curious on what the owner is worth.
