Rolex Submariner 2 Tone Date Black Face (Quartz Model)
I think the title says it all........
seller shelloco24 Rolex Two Tone Submariner Date With Black Face. This is the Quartz Version of this Famous Rolex Watch. Since I've owned it, about Five Years, I have replaced the Bracelet and Battery. Battery was a #395 Silver Oxide. Lasted Five Years. New Battery is a #395 Lithium Ion, Which is suppose to last Five times longer, So you will not encounter any power problems. All External Parts are interchangable with Rolex 18 Karat Gold Parts, In other words, The Bezel, Crown, and Bracelet. This Submariner came with Gold plated parts to save the consumer funds and still afford the watch. All dimensions, size, weight and functions are the same as the $9000.00 new, $5000.00 used version. I will include one spare link and screw that I removed to accomodate my small wrist. The Watch is in near Mint Condition with only One Spider Hair Scratch on the Bezel @ the Thirty Four mark, Visable in the Pix. I wore this watch for Special Occasions only, and I am a fussy person. The Watch is Beautiful and keeps PERFECT TIME, with the Date changing at Midnight. The advantage I have found owning this watch is that you don't have to wear it every couple days to keep it wound and not mess with the time and date. Wear it when you want to, it's always working perfect. Thanks for taking your time to read this and this is the type of watch your interested in, Bid with confidence, She's a Beauty. http://cgi.ebay.com/Rolex-Submariner...#ht_1361wt_932 |

Yeah, I was about to say, it looks a little fake. I would buy a fake Rolex though. But not for $500. There are some great perpetual replica Rolex's for $130. The only reason I would buy one is because I'm 14. I don't have $5,000. Haha.

My advice would be to never buy a fake - all you'd be doing is contributing to criminals. There are a lot of good watches that could be picked up for $150, I'd recommend a Seiko Automatic. One of their divers would be perfect, similar look to a Rolex Sub, and you can hold your head up high wearing one

Thanks for the advice GMT Master. The Seiko Diver 100 looks very much like the Submariner. It can be found on Amazon for $120. The only thing I don't like about it is that, It doesn't have a magnified date, like the Submariner does.

If you like the cyclops, then Invicta do an homage to the Submariner that looks very very similar to the real deal. Check them out

Woah! I really like the Invicta Pro Diver! Looks exactly like a Submariner! Also, it's not a fake too. I don't know which one I'd get, the Black Pro Diver or the 2 Tone Diver?

Had a feeling you'd like them I think on a younger guy like yourself, the all steel would be the one to go for

Invicta is a good watch for the money.... I would go for the steel one. Stay far away from fakes! They are illegal!
