Is this genuine?

I have interest in this watch for sale, but the dial seems unusual. The indexes seem long, the hands a bit short.

What think you, group of knowledge??

It may be, there are MANY refinished dial 5500 airkings that are passed off as old Explorers. I suspect this may be one of them. One of the experts will more than likely be around shortly.
