ROLEX WATCH WOMENS 2TONE Gold & Silver and a Pink face is Stainless Steel and is a great Rolex watch that can be used for any occasion.
This watch is not working because it needs a new battery but besides that it looks like new. This watch has diamonds in the face, and a pink background. Its hasn't been used much. I had gotten this watch years ago, and has just been sitting around. I do not have the orginal box for it.

One quick question: It says this item is covered by eBay's Buyer Protection; how does that work? It seems to me the seller would just take his money, close out his account and open a new one if he wants.

Does eBay hold payment? If so, at what threshold do they decide to do that? Does the seller's 0 feedback score have any bearing?

Just curious...
