Hi everyone, I was just curious is it possible to replace the bezel on the SS Daytona in the event it becomes extremely damaged?

It takes a bit of effort, but sure... it is considered an expendible part and not expected to last a lifetime..........

It can if you send it to Rolex service it isnt cheap but will they will bring it back to like new life and there are way to many of these out there that are not worn as many are afraid they will scratch the bezel.

bezel for my 16523. The 18k ring costs approx. 1200usd here in Europe. I found one for 900usd by an unauth. dealer.

But it replacable for shure...

Believe a SS is about £100....

I had the bezel on my SS Daytona replaced about a year ago. The cost was just over $200 AUD.

Yes, from what I have heard, they don't polish it on service, they replace it (SS Only)

Somehow thought this might even be quite a bit higher. Oh well if and when I need one it will hopefully be a very long time from now.

Does anyone know if you can get a bezel for a current model SS Daytona with the Tachymeter going to below 60 units? I think on older models the scale used to go down to 50 units, but would this fit on a current model?

can a zenith bezel fit the current model?? i think the zenith ones are "better" since its engraves vs the laser etched ones of the current model

Not true. They will try to polish it first if they think it will work OK. If not, they will attempt to contact you or the AD to notify before replacing it.
