I think it is perfect just like it is.

However if you want a strap Tim, Proceed full speed ahead and post some photos. Hope you are well.

Yes Phillip and Hope You are also well.I can't afford a New Rig right now,but thought swapping out the strap would give another Look and Option.

I agree, it's more then perfect the way it is (and Rolex intended) and I wouldn't change a thing.

personally although i think that combo ( gold steel blue) would go very niceley on a brown leather strap i just think Rolex sports models look odd on them in general. Must be the case or how nice the actual bracelet looks on it. Breitlings on the other hand..:) BUT as long as you are happy you go for it. would like to see pics too!

Lovely watch.. one of the nicest i have seen in a while! wear in good health.

Hi Tim ...... I think your watch looks gorgeous with that TT bracelet ..... not sure you could improve the look with a leather band ..... just my opinion.

Great the way it is, however if your looking for a different look give it a try and see what happens.

Looks good as is.......but it would also look good on a Rolex made brown alligator strap
like the ones you see on some daytonas.........just prepared to spend a few semolians.
I bought a Rolex made black Java lizard strap last year, no buckle.....I have one, a good thing, those buckles cost more than a few semolians......not for the faint of heart!
Lucky they last a looonnng time.

I always like seeing your pics...that watch is so beautiful.

I wouldn't change the band personally, but I definitely understand the need to change things up. Best of luck in your decision!

Hey Tim

Completely get you about changing things up.... The thing about rolex made (or equivalent) 'quality' straps is they cost $$$$...and if you're wrong they're probably not going to be easy to get anything back on.

Have you done an internet search on your watch with straps? There may be pics out there that will help?

You need to do as much research on the look as possible.

One thing about the YM (IMHO) is it doesn't always suit straps as easily as other sport models...i.e. sub, SD, DSSD, and Daytona.

Go for it! The oyster is probably unbeatable on the YM, but it doesn't hold me back from mixing it up and putting Natos and leather straps on it... they still look great! The blue face with the gold bezel will go great with a brown leather strap - purdy watch btw :)

Here's an idea Tim.

Buy a cheap blue ($20-30) strap and see what it looks like.

If it comes out to your liking you can start the hunt for a nice leather strap.

Tim, yes, mix it up a while! A dark brown leather strap or a dark blue croc strap would look awesome imho. Afterall, it's all in the eye of the beholder. Good hunting!
