Checking with pressure VS replacing seals VS waiting for service

Hello!
I did not find my answer so here is my question:
My new (but vintage!) 16610lv and my automatic seiko do see the water quite regularly, especially on holidays, (snorkeling with apnea) or in the shower.
Is it necessary to:
- pressure check the watch? (annually?)
- re-new waterproofness by changing tube and seals? (if annually do i risk damaged crown tube over the years if changed too much?)
- or the 5-year interval servicing is sufficient?

Thank you very much for taking a little time to answer me!

It needs to be pressure tested just for peace of mind, you are already concerned, let alone the cost tp repair if they flood.

Well if all you do is snorkeling and perhaps only submerse a few feet then every two years should be fine for both watches. But most high street watchmakers could pressure test to 100m-200m thats fine for what you do.And there is no physical dismantling of the watches when they test them. They will just tell you if the watch has passed or failed and if failed no water would have got in watch at point of testing. And things like crowns and crown tubes are just parts that are quite normally changed at a 5 -7 year routine service for Rolex.
