Midnight blue Submariner
My buddy sent me a photo from a recent cigar magazine that was a midnight blue Submariner in WG ad. I told my buddy that a midnight blue Sub doesn't exist, but he doesn't believe me. The photo looks like a dark blue Sub, but it must be the smurf Sub in an odd light. Does anybody know if a midnight clue colored Sub on WG exists, just to make sure I'm not incorrect?

The WG Sub is only offered in one color; additionally, it is the only WG Sub ever offered.......

And that's the Smurf Sub, which is light blue, right?

Maybe it was an old Tudor like Dan's beautiful sub... wish they still made that deepsea blue color.

Perhaps it is a picture like the one in my avatar at a steep angle under certain lighting? I think the color looks quite dark in that pic...

The WG Sub can look dark blue under certain lighting conditions

My 16800 has a faded insert that looks dark blue. Could it be it?
Else, proper lighting can make a black watch look blue, or a light blu elook dark. |

The shark would be on everyone's short list if Rolex came out with it.
