scam

After many high end deals with husnain Saqib from UK ,membername KAHOOT I didn't receive the watch after the wire of gbp 3250 which I made on 2nd of april..
I informed the seller that the wire was made and got a reply,,ok,, and that was the last I heard from him even after sending him many many emails.

This guy lives in the UK in Croydon and I have his address and wire info of course.
Anybody can help me with some more information about this person that would be greatly appreciated

Well ....
I find it very strange you should receive a phone call from the Croydon police station to inform you about that . Even more so a couple of hours after posting this thread .Any idea how and why they would have gotten your number and do you believe that is within the job specification of a police officer to make such a call ?

It is a well known fact that all UK police officers keep track of TRF posts and recall who is in hospital

I guess the call was from a "unknown number " and you didn't get the officer's name neither ?

I would try and find Croydon police station's phone number and try and get some confirmation whether this phone call ever came from them .

I don't know ..

Are you saying someone placed a "phony" call to him?

Now why would anyone do that?

policecall,

If this thread smells how can I ghave so much feedback every week on watchnet?
I called the police yesterdayevening and they visited his house and were told by his wife that he was in the hospital.

I got the call from mep croydon that the have done so and that they will try to get his wife to call me.

Lodewieke

If you only post what you did earlier .. no mention you called the police last night and asked them to go around his house ..
What do you expect us to read into all that ..

Having said that .. you must be an important person to be able to call the police from another country about a civil matter and they actually go and check it out for you ? Great !

Last time I called the police because people were about to kill each other in the street ... They never turned up

The monetary value of this crime must exceed the yearly budget of Croydon City Hall therefore making it exeptional?

I did and found that it's part of southern London and not a one horse town as I thought, sorry for my assumption.

"The police service is provided by the Metropolitan Police with Croydon Police Station on Park Lane next to Croydon College."

Hello Mon,

Indeed, that was the policestation I called and I did that yesterdayevening at 20.00 local time in Belgium and I also posted this thread yesterday .
It showed up later (today) and I was called by the police this morning so I posted that information this morning to keep everybody informed .
I posted this to get some help but most of the comments weren't positive.

I think it's better to help eachother(as the moderator did ),than to post negative comments.

Hope this problem will be resolved in the next week.

regards

Lodewieke

Maybe some of the London members can pay him a visit?

I know if I lived there I would do it.
