Rare 16753?

I bought this 16753 from the original owner in Palm Springs a few weeks ago and am having trouble finding another like it with this dial and red hand. It is a 6750### serial, if anyone can give me any help it would be greatly appreciated as I am new to the world of Rolex. Thank You

I am no expert, but pretty sure that a 16753 should have a gold 24 hour hand and either a nipple dial or one with Yellow gold hour marker surrounds. Never heard of or have seen an exception to this.
