My 2000th post goes to you vintage guys...
My 2000th post well a couple after as I had to say congrats and happy birthday to some of you , nonetheless goes to you vintage guys for your help and support over the past year. No question this is the best forum around and I know this hobby would not be nearly as fun without you guys.
Here are some pics I took the past few days of the two vintage pieces I acquired this year, enjoy and cheers to another 2k...Yikes! 1665 DRSD & 7016 Snowflake Thanks for looking |

Congrats on 2000!
You have a couple of very nice watches there. I hope someday I will be able to join the ranks of the vintage owners.

David both are great watches. We all benefit when someone as generous as you and others give us something to drool over when we check our computer. Seeing those two watches together makes me wonder whether the thread SEXY PATINA II, THE SEQUEL is in progress.

Congratulations David! 2,000 posts sounds like a lot, but then again I'm surprised that I already have nearly 500.
It's funny. Now that I think about it, collecting Rolexes for many of us is just part of this hobby/obsession. Another big part is sharing them with everybody on this site. So glad I found it! |

As far as the comments regarding the next piece, after the DRSD I am really content with what I have and plan on just enjoying the them. This is the first time I have ever felt this way after a purchase. Is what a true grail should do? I will however look into something towards the end of the year. Most likely will have a top hat crystal |
